Choose from several hosted wine flights including the iconic 'Centurion' Old Vine Shiraz - from vines planted in 1892.

Shiraz Masterclasses explores the diverse characteristics of three estate-grown wines, including the Centurion. A small tasting plate is included as well as a welcome glass of Long Stem Sparkling.

Light lunches of Regional Platters, Wine-Infused Deep Dish Pies, Trio of House-made dips and cheese platters are available daily.
