Indulge your senses with a flight of three mouth-watering canapés which feature the delicious Black Perigord Truffle. These have been curated by Executive Chef Fabian Lehmann of Maxwell Restaurant, which was recently awarded the best regional restaurant in South Australia.

To enrich your experience, Mark Maxwell has expertly paired the canapés with limited-release wines that have been treasured over time in the naturally climate-controlled Maxwell Cellar. While enjoying this experience during the chill of truffle season, you can relax and cozy up to the open fireplace which warms the McLaren Vale Cellar Door.
