Gran's Christmas pudding hard sauce

These Grandma's are a sneaky bunch and they pop a bit of alcohol into dishes on any occasion. This hard sauce is so tasty and we are always a little generous in our Banished pour. Merry Christmas! The OT crew.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 egg yolks
• 1/3 cup of butter
• 3 cups of icing sugar
• 1/4 cup Banished
• Oliver's Taranga Fortified Grenache - THE BANISHED

METHOD

1. Soften the butter
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender
3. Ready to serve!
