Mozzarella, Burrata & Stracciatella

Spend the day slowing down, laughing, learning and making some fresh mozzarella!

It’s all about the alchemy in this workshop as milk turns from a liquid, to a solid and then into beautiful shiny, stretchy curd!  Throughout the day you will be guided through the cheesemaking process, stretching your curd into lovely, milky balls of fresh mozzarella. You will also make stracciatella, thin strands of fresh mozzarella drowning in rich cream. Stracciatella is delicious in it’s own right but also becomes the decadent filling for your burrata! Morning tea including homemade cake and coffee is provided along with loads of cheese, fresh Small World Bakery bread and wine tastings.  Along with full hearts and bellies, you will go home with all of your cheese and recipes.
