Haloumi & Ricotta

Missing humans? Does your cup need filling? Come shake off the iso and join me for some cheesemaking! Yes, this class will be limited to 6-8 people, and yes, there will be hand washing, sanitising and a bit of distance between us…however, we can come together in the same space and laugh, learn a new skill and make something beautiful with our hands! I will guide you through the processes of making incredibly buttery and squeaky haloumi and fluffy, dreamy ricotta as well as discussing all things cheesemaking. You will go home with all of the cheeses you’ve made, the recipes, a big smile and a full heart.
