A great introduction to cheesemaking! In this workshop you will be guided through the process of culturing cream and churning it into the most incredible butter. You will also make a beautiful Farmhouse cheese that can be eaten fresh the next day with family or friends or marinated in oil and herbs to be eaten with crusty bread at a later date. This lovely little cheese is easy to make at home and does’t require any fancy ageing equipment or knowledge. This class will be limited to 6-8 participants. You will go home with all of the cheese and butter that you’ve made, buttermilk, whey, creme fraiche, recipes, a big smile and a full heart.
