Farmhouse Cheese & Cultured Butter

A great introduction to cheesemaking! In this workshop I will guide you through the process of culturing cream and churning it into the most incredible butter as well as showing you how to make a beautiful Farmhouse cheese that can be eaten fresh the next day with family or friends or marinated in oil and herbs to be eaten with crusty bread at a later date. This lovely little cheese is easy to make at home and does’t require any fancy ageing equipment or knowledge. Yes, this class will be limited to 6-8 people and yes, because of these crazy times there will still be a bit of distance between us…however, we can come together in the same space and laugh, learn a new skill and make something beautiful with our hands! You will proudly go home with all of the cheese and butter that you’ve made, a big smile and a full heart.
