Join the fun-loving tribe at McLaren Vale's Wirra Wirra for a full immersion into the iconic winery with a tour, tasting and lunch experience.
Discover the secrets behind the Wirra Wirra's biodynamic vineyards and learn about the winemaking and barrel ageing process with a tour of the original ironstone cellars.
You'll begin by sampling five top Wirra Wirra wines alongside a chocolate tasting plate. A two-course lunch from Harry's Deli will follow.
Start with a local artisan plate featuring a selection of charcuterie favourites including meats from Ellis butchers, local cheeses, crusty Clappis sourdough and more.
Your main course is a fresh take on the pie made famous by David Swain and Greg Trott: lamb, shiraz and kalamata olives topped with flaky golden pastry. It will be paired with a green salad, roast winter vegetables and Spice Girlz tomato sauce.
Finish with an indulgent chocolate brownie.
