The recently launched d’Arenberg Cube is a massive emersion in an all senses provoking experience, with 360 degree views overlooking d'Arenberg's vineyards, alongside an award winning, globally recognised Winery.

We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand / Dishy with a professional manner, and a positive attitude.

Key duties will include:

  • Maintain cleanliness of all food service areas
  • Ensure counter areas are well presented and refreshed at all times
  • Washing and polishing dishes and glasses

Desired Experience :

  • Previous Kitchen Hand experience
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety, and Hygiene
  • High level of flexibility
  • Ability to work hard and take direction

This is a casual position within the vicinity of 15 hours a week from approximately 3.30 – 6.30 pm Thursday to Sunday, with the flexibility to work longer hours as required.

DJ’s Grower Services is a leading Viticulture and Horticulture Agronomy and input supply business based in McLaren Vale and Woodside.

We have the requirement to offer paid internship positions to appropriately qualified Horticulture/Viticulture undergraduate and post-graduate students. Being an Agronomy business, we are looking for 4 Interns with a mature, practical understanding of the local industry from a field production perspective.

Ideally, these Students should:

  • Have ambition to pursue a career in local Horticulture/Viticulture.
  • Have a sound understanding of production Horticulture/Viticulture,
  • Be off family vineyards/Orchards,
  • Have excellent communication skills,
  • Have a strong work ethic and be flexible,
  • Can represent DJ’s Grower Services in a professional manner, within the broader industry.

We see this as a wonderful way for Students to involve themselves in the Industry, from a technical viewpoint.

We would like to interview prospective Interns in early July.

  1. Retail manager – must be comfortable and adaptable with IT systems. Retail experience with viticultural and/or horticultural products, plus servicing of related equipment servicing is required. This position requires the versatility to move into viticultural machinery operation at critical times of the year.
  2. Advanced machinery operator - experience in management, operation, and medium level maintenance of newer generation viticultural equipment is required. Applicants should ideally be familiar with electronic tracking and monitoring of equipment, plus electronic record keeping. Equipment examples include spray equipment, harvesting machinery, bird netting machinery, tillage, spreading, pruning, etc.

Experience with the safe use of machinery is essential and must be demonstrable.

Mollydooker Wines, McLaren Vale, South Australia is looking for an experienced Cellar Hand with a passion for great wine and a positive attitude to join our team. The role is a full time salaried position based at our McLaren Vale winery.

A minimum of 3 vintages previous winery cellar experience is preferred and you must hold a current High Risk Forklift Licence. You will have commenced or be prepared to commence Cert III in Food Processing Wine Operations.
