The recently launched d’Arenberg Cube is a massive emersion in an all senses provoking experience, with 360 degree views overlooking d'Arenberg's vineyards, alongside an award winning, globally recognised Winery.

We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand / Dishy with a professional manner, and a positive attitude.

Key duties will include:

  • Maintain cleanliness of all food service areas
  • Ensure counter areas are well presented and refreshed at all times
  • Washing and polishing dishes and glasses

Desired Experience :

  • Previous Kitchen Hand experience
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety, and Hygiene
  • High level of flexibility
  • Ability to work hard and take direction

This is a casual position within the vicinity of 15 hours a week from approximately 3.30 – 6.30 pm Thursday to Sunday, with the flexibility to work longer hours as required.

Bracegirdles House of Fine Chocolate, is currently on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager who loves to be in the thick of the action, taking service with two hands and working side by side with a driven and diverse team.

We are open 7 days a week and cater to a variety of customers.

• A hands on leader who will manage and develop an engaging, customer focused group of people.

• A manager with an understanding and proven experience in dealing with budgets, wage control, sales and wastage.
