Nestled amongst organic Shiraz vineyards where the Sellicks foothills meet the ocean, the Old Chaff Mill Retreat dates back to the mid-nineteenth century, when it provided grains and chaff to bullock teams as they hauled their mighty loads across the picturesque countryside. Gutted by fire a century ago, the building is now reborn as an architecturally-designed masterpiece with a modern fitout celebrating its rich past.

Relax into your plush armchair and lose yourself in views of rolling vineyards with a nibble plate of local produce and complimentary bottle of estate-grown biodynamic Shiraz. Or soak in your outdoor bath under the stars, before tumbling into a king-sized bed for a night of blissful, peaceful sleep. Have a sumptuous breakfast (ingredients provided) over a lit glass floor displaying artefacts dug out from under your feet. Then drive your car 5 minutes down the road and straight onto the endless white sands of our world-renowned local beaches. Or get ready for your day to remember in our on-site beauty salon.
