Overview

SloWhey School of Cheese is a project founded on goals of education in and celebration of sustainable cheesemaking and a slower way of living.

Our intimate workshop style classes involve a guided milk to mould process with each session focusing on producing several different cheeses.

We will spend the day slowing down, making cheese, laughing and learning.
