Experience a rare and exciting collaboration of food, wine and a live butchery demonstration at Lloyd Brothers for the Fleurieu Food Festival.

Join us on Sunday 21st August as Lloyd Brothers winemaker Gonzalo Sanchez teams up with Ian & Rihann from Ellis Butchers and Local Chef Todd Steele to create a long luncheon featuring a traditional Argentinian Asado.

This not to be missed event will showcase Fleurieu’s best people and produce with a demonstration on how Ellis Butchers select the best cuts.

Gonzalo will showcase and explain his traditional Argentinian barbequing techniques, including the making of his family’s traditional sausage. Chef Steele will present each course accompanied by seasonal
