Chef Horst’s WineFood concept is designed to enhance the enjoyment of both wine and food by creating an aromatic, wine-friendly menu. The menu changes with seasons, but always heroes locally sourced meat, fish and vegetables. Enjoy a Shingleback wine tasting before heading over to the Chef’s Table where a four-course meal will be prepared before your eyes.
