Adelaide Biplanes have been at Aldinga Airfield since July 2005. We started in the side of the hangar in the old 70's style flight office, many of our aircraft are vintage and so we have improved the inside of the hangar as well to reflect our branding.
The Kitchen started for students, their families and the team to enjoy a great cappuccino. It has grown to include visiting pilots, other airfield visitors, tourists and locals, and we love to see families visiting just like they used to…. to look at aeroplanes up close, watch students of all ages learning, enjoying the challenge, overcoming hurdles and achieving their personal goals without actually having to have a lesson or buying a scenic flight or coffee….all are welcome…..in this way…..we improve safety and discipline by involving everyone!
We homebake everything in our kitchen….just like ‘Mum’ used to do in her 1940’s kitchen….very simple.
