From the ground up, Shottesbrooke has been built on a tradition of hard work, dedication and passion. The people, the place and the soul that have come together over many years, and which today see our wines being distributed around the world, continue on through everything we do at Shottesbrooke. You'll find it in every bottle.
Group bookings are very welcome for wine tastings. We are able to take groups of up to 16 people at 10:30am or 11:30am daily. A $10 per person tasting fee applies.
A variety of winery tours and guided, educational wine tastings are also offered, and are tailored to showcasing how the vast geological variances within the amazing McLaren Vale region influence the wines produced here. In conjunction with our award-winning, hatted Currant Shed restaurant, our experienced and knowledgable team is able to provide a range of relaxed, casual experiences, right through to a fully imersive regional food & wine journey, sure to delight any visitor.
The Picker's Hut is a private picnic area on the property that is also available for hire year round, with an undercover area, gas BBQ, quaint fireplace for use over the cooler months and capacity for up to 20 people. The Picker's Hut is set away from our tasting room and nestled amongst the vineyards so is the perfect spot in which to enjoy a relaxing picnic and bottle of Shottesbrooke wine whilst taking in the beauty of the vineyards and surrounding hills.
