We produce a limited range of full bodied reds with a depth and generosity that is hard to find.
They are the natural product of low yielding old vines growing in a warm climate. They take time and effort to produce. Mostly manual effort like hand pruning and picking of the vines and hand plunging of the fermenting vats.
This method of production is only possible with small quantities and endows the wine with flavour and mouth feel which there are no short cuts to achieving.
It also ensures we leave a light footprint on the environment so that our children and their children can continue this if they want to.
We hope to see you at the winery when we open the cellar door in November.
