Maxwell are proud to announce their Chef’s Table dinner series, held on the last Saturday of each month. With the first dinner a roaring success last Saturday 30th June, with the help of Tom Bradman from Nomad Farms as guest speaker, they are excited to host guests in July and hear from Josh Fischer on behalf of Murray Gold Cod.
With only 12 exclusive spots available, Head Chef Fabian, Sous Chef James and Pastry Chef Jason will present you with dishes never tried or seen before, showcasing the amazing produce from our local South Australian producers.
As well as hearing from the Chef's about their creations; each date will feature a brand new menu and guest producer to share their story and tell you just what makes their produce special. Truly a paddock to plate story.
