Join us at the I Choose SA Farmers’ Market Weekend to celebrate the 15th Birthday of the Willunga Farmers Market on Saturday, 25th February.

From humble beginnings in the carpark of The Alma Hotel, the Willunga Farmers Market was the first farmers market in South Australia and we are extremely proud to showcase fresh, authentic regional produce from the Willunga Townsquare every Saturday morning.

Guest Chef, Jordan Theodoros, (Peel Street café & 2016 Advertiser Chef of the Year) will provide a regional cooking demonstration at 10am.   We are excited to have Jordan joining us for our celebration and look forward to him teaching us how to make a delicious salad from fresh Farmers Market ingredients.

Chance to WIN a $200 Peel Street café voucher!

Children can participate in our Market Adventure Trail - collect the clues and enter our draw to win a great prize (from 8am til 11am).

Cast your vote at our information desk for the `best dressed stall' and lots of birthday fun for everyone!

Enjoy "Meet the Grower" spruiking with Richard Bennett throughout the morning.

Our official birthday presentation will take place at 11am with our Mayor Lorraine Rosenberg and the Hon. Leon Bignell, South Australia's Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, Forests, Tourism, Recreation and Sport and Racing joining us.

Come for the day and share this milestone with fellow shoppers and stallholders!  South Australian produce is some of the best in the world. Each time you choose SA, you’re supporting our local producers, and having a positive impact on the future of our State.
